Jonathan M. Lieb

While representing clients across several areas of the law, Mr. Lieb has accumulated diverse experience applicable to a variety of types of litigation with a focus on construction. He regularly represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors & design professionals in matters ranging from contract negotiations to litigating complex construction defect cases. He is well versed in lien rights, payment/performance bond claims, and other matters relating to payment disputes. He has significant experience in assisting clients with OSHA investigations.

Mr. Lieb also regularly defends motor carriers and their drivers in cases involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities.

Mr. Lieb also has significant experience in professional liability, insurance defense, transportation, personal injury, maritime, and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Mississippi.

Mr. Lieb’s approach to serving clients well hinges on working to resolve each case with efficiency and attention to detail. He is from Fairhope, Alabama, and is married with two sons.
