Francisco A. Pecci
Francisco works to provide effective solutions to complex legal issues facing clients in a variety of industries. Focusing primarily on maritime and admiralty law, Francisco represents and individuals involved in shipping, shipbuilding, tug and barge operations, and recreational watersports. Francisco also works with cases involving commercial disputes, transportation, and construction litigation.

Francisco graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama and received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, where he was named Scholar of Merit in Constitutional Law, State & Local Taxation, and Sea, Ocean & Coastal Law. During both college and law school, Francisco held leadership roles in various student organizations and societies.
Having grown up on the water and with family in the marine industry, Francisco has a great appreciation of all things maritime. He incorporates this into his practice and has represented vessel owners, port agencies, shipyards, and waterfront businesses in an array of legal matters, including personal injury and property damage litigation, contract disputes, and insurance coverage. Francisco has also assisted with cases involving international entities and speaks Spanish and Italian fluently.
Francisco and his wife, Taylor, live in Mobile and are active parishioners at St. Mary’s Church. Outside of the office, Francisco enjoys fishing and hunting, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
