Morgan S. Hofferber

Mrs. Hofferber maintains a diverse litigation practice and has significant experience representing clients across many areas of the law, including commercial and business disputes, personal injury matters, medical malpractice defense cases, and employment disputes. She represents clients of all sizes, from national companies to local businesses and individuals, and guides those clients through the litigation process efficiently and effectively. Mrs. Hofferber also serves on her firm’s Recruitment Committee and assists in the management of the firm’s Summer Clerkship Program.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Mrs. Hofferber attended Birmingham-Southern College and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Business Administration. She received her Juris Doctor from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of law, ranking first in her class and earning the James J. Carter Scholarship Award given to the student with the highest grade point average. While in law school, Mrs. Hofferber was a member of the Order of Barristers and the Faulkner Law Review. She was also an active participant on the national semi-finalist ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition team and the regional-champion National Trial Competition team. As a law student, she interned for the Honorable U.S. Magistrate Judge William E. Cassady and for the Honorable U.S. Magistrate Judge Katherine Nelson.

Mrs. Hofferber is a native Mobilian and currently resides in Daphne with her husband, John, and their two children.
