Alex Steadman

Alex Steadman is a proud native Mobilian. He attended the University of Alabama and majored in economics and political science. He remained in Tuscaloosa to study at the University of Alabama School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and received the Dean M. Leigh Harrison Award, given annually to the top 5% of the graduating class. He also was a member of the Alabama Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Steadman also worked as a research assistant for Professor Shahar Dillbary, a torts and economics scholar.

Mr. Steadman has been with McDowell Knight since passing the bar exam in 2015. His primary practice areas include Appellate Practice, Bankruptcy, Commercial and Business Litigation, Finance and Banking, and Insurance.
