Thomas M. O’Hara practices in the fields of business, commercial, construction, employment, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith litigation. Tom specializes in complex, multi-party disputes. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990 and the Alabama State Bar in 1993. Tom graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986, with Honors, and from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1989, where he served as Note Editor on the editorial board of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Tom also served as law clerk to the Honorable Alex T. Howard, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, 1989-1990. He was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award, Federal Courts. Tom is listed in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.
