Richard M. Gaal practices in the fields of bankruptcy, business and commercial litigation, and products liability. He was born in Panama City, Florida and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1997 and the Florida Bar in 2009. Richard graduated from Florida State University, B.A. 1993, and from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, J.D. summa cum laude 1997. He served as Writing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and is a member of Curia Honoris.
