The case involved claims of fraud, civil conspiracy and violations of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act arising out of the sale of investment property in Florida. The case was tried for two weeks in the Circuit Court of Mobile County against several defendants and the jury’s verdict was rendered against all defendants.
