Dolphin Line sued Volvo in circuit court for breaching several agreements to repurchase Class 8 trucks from Dolphin Line. Following proceedings in the circuit court and the Alabama Supreme Court in which Volvo attempted to compel arbitration, the parties entered into a post-dispute arbitration agreement.
