LCJ is a national organization of defense lawyers and major corporations that was founded by the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. LCJ's purpose is to effect changes in the law, both at the state and federal level, intended to "level the playing field" so that all parties to lawsuits (whether an individual or a corporation) are treated equally and fairly.
