The Firm's insurance practice also includes the evaluation and interpretation of complex coverage issues in all areas of insurance. We regularly advise surplus and excess carriers as well as primary carriers as to coverage issues and potential exposure. Finally, the Firm also defends the covered insured on behalf of insurance clients.
