Employment and Labor

The Firm's employment and labor practice encompasses the defense of employers of all sizes and industries in age, ERISA, disability, gender, and race discrimination claims, litigation in state and federal forums, as well as employment contract and non-compete agreement disputes and the broad range of other employment-related claims based upon state tort and contract theories of liability. The Firm also negotiates and prepares employment contracts and employee handbooks, as well as advises clients on a vast array of employment and labor related issues.
