Chris Mims practices in the field of general civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial, construction and personal injury litigation. He is a native ofAbbeville, Alabama and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1999. Chris graduated from Auburn University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and from Cumberland School of Law in 1999. At Cumberland, he served on the Trial Advocacy Board and was Director of the Peterson Trial Competition. Chris was also a member of the Birmingham Inns of Court and Phi Alpha Delta. He is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Alabama State Bar and the Defense Research Institute.
